FOUNDER & CEO
Founder Sava Farah’s journey from immigrating to the Bronx after escaping communist Albania to opening a small café in Ann Arbor is at the heart of Sava’s story. Built on resilience, opportunity, and a passion for hospitality, Sava’s has grown from a tiny lunch spot into one of Ann Arbor’s most beloved restaurant destinations. -

Malcolm Richardson
GENERAL MANAGER
General Manager Malcolm brings two decades of hospitality experience across fine dining, fast casual, and high-volume restaurants, along with a deep passion for leadership and guest experience. Known for building people-first teams and elevating service culture, he’s helping lead the next chapter of hospitality at Sava’s. -
